Request for Proposal: Development and deployment of Child Labour, Forced Labour and Human Trafficking Information Management System

The ILO is providing technical and financial support to the Ministry of Labour Employment and Social Security (MoLESS) to establish a web-based data management system to store and manage information related to Child Labour, Forced Labour and Human Trafficking under its Alliance 8.7 Secretariat. ILO invites Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified and competitive national organizations to create a data-base and website to be incorporated within the MoLESS Website.

Project Title:

Development and deployment of child labour, forced labour and human trafficking information management system.

Purpose:

To equip Nepal Alliance 8.7 Secretariat with an integrated software to manage the data and information on Child Labour, Forced Labour and Human Trafficking in Nepal

Expected work period:

April -July 2023 (tentatively 3 months)

Friday, 7 April 2023

Assignment details are provided in the Terms of Reference (ToR). Please follow the link for the submission of proposal, Request for Proposal template  , Annex-III- Terms of Reference (ToR) and Annex-IV-Terms & Conditions Applicable to ILO Contracts .

Interested organizations, firms and companies  having experience of similar type of experience are invited to submit Request for Proposal (RFP) and are requested to comply with all instructions, forms, contract provision and specifications contained in the RFP template to avoid rejection of the proposal. Further, bidders are encouraged to submit their proposal through email at KTM_Procurement@ilo.org  no later than 17:30hrs, Friday, 7 April 2023.

Proposals must be submitted in two separate emails, Email 1 for Technical Proposal and Email 2 for Financial Proposal. The ILO may reject a proposal that does not provide all information requested which is necessary for assessment of the proposal by the ILO. ILO reserves the rights to select implementing partner without providing justification to applicants.
