Call for Expression of interest: International Consultant - Employment Service Expert
The ILO Country Office for Nepal invites expression of interest from qualified (international) individuals/external collaborator (EXCOL) to provide technical assistance on operation, vocational/career/employment counselling and guidance and job for better linkage and employment.
The ILO invites expressions of interest from qualified (international) individuals/external collaborator (EXCOL) to provide technical assistance for “Strengthening Employment Services through designing and organizing training to local partners’ and Employment Service Centre staff on operation, vocational/career/employment counselling and guidance, and job matching”. The activities will focus on capacity building of Employment Service Centres (ESCs) for better linkage and employment. The selected EXCOL has to accomplish the tasks as described in the Terms of Reference (ToR). Please follow the link for the ToR.
Title of position: International consultant – Employment Service Expert
Purpose: Provide technical assistance for “Enhancing Skills of Women and Workers in Informal Economy, harnessing the potential of Green Transition: Towards Human-centred Recovery from COVID-19 (RBSA-Skills Programme)”.
Work duration: 35 workdays (June – September 2022
Deadline for submission of proposal: Friday, 27 May 2022
Country and Provinces covered: Nepal, all seven (7) Provinces
Interested candidates are requested to submit the following documents electronically: 1) Cover letter explaining why S/he is a suitable candidate for this assignment; 2) Updated curriculum vitae and 3) Technical and Financial Proposal: Technical Proposal should include information on how S/he plans to approach this assignment. The financial proposal should include the rate of consulting fee (daily rate) and other costs deemed necessary for carrying out this assignment.
