Project Title:From Protocol to Practice: A Bridge to Global Action on Forced Labour (The Bridge Project)
Purpose:Implementation of livelihood-training programmes for victims of forced labour (Haruwa-Charuwa) at Siraha and Saptari.

The ILO invites Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified training providers to implement livelihood-training programmes linking to self or wage employment for victims of bonded labour in Siraha and Saptari. The activities will focus on supporting the Haruwa-Charuwa population in Province 2, in Siraha and Saptari districts. The training provider has to accomplish the tasks as described in the Terms of Reference (ToR). Interested training provider with experience working for skills development linking to employment to Disadvantaged Group (DAG) community are invited to submit their Request for Proposal (RFP) and are requested to comply with all instructions, forms, contract provision and specifications contained in the RFP template to avoid rejection of the proposal. Proposals along with the requested documents can be submitted either through registered mail to ILO Country Office for Nepal at Dhobighat, Nayabato, P.O. Box: 8971, Lalitpur or hand delivered to the ILO Office. Due to the current Covid-19 situation, proposals can be submitted through email as well email id: KTM_Procurement@ilo.org. Please note that the deadline for submission of proposal is on or before 17:30 hrs, 15 July 2021.
The ILO may reject a proposal that does not provide all information requested which is necessary for assessment of the proposal by the ILO.
