Request for Proposal (RFP): Implementation Agreement to implement livelihood-training programmes for victims of forced labour (Haruwa-Charuwa) in Siraha and Saptari districts of Province 2.

The ILO invites request for proposal (RFP) from qualified training providers (Implementing Partner) to implement livelihood-training programmes linking to self or wage employment for victims of bonded labour in Siraha and Saptari. The activities will focus on supporting the Haruwa-Charuwa population in Province 2, in Siraha and Saptari districts. The Implementing Partner (IP) has to accomplish the tasks as described in the Terms of Reference (ToR).

Project Title:

From Protocol to Practice: A Bridge to Global Action on Forced Labour (The Bridge Project)

Purpose:

Implementation Agreement to implement livelihood-training programmes for victims of forced labour (Haruwa-Charuwa) in Siraha and Saptari districts of Province 2.

Work Duration:

July 2021 – November 2021 (tentatively 4 months)

Siraha and Saptari Districts of Province 2, Nepal.

Interested training provider with experience working for skills development linking to employment to Disadvantaged Group (DAG) community are invited to submit their Request for Proposal (RFP) with a technical and financial proposal quoting the total budget and CVs to ILO Country Office for Nepal at Dhobighat, Nayabato, P.O. Box: 8971, Lalitpur or e-mail to kathmandu@ilo.org. The technical proposal and financial proposal should be submitted in separate binder or emails. The deadline for submitting the RFP is 17:30 hrs, 25 June 2021. ILO reserves the rights to select implementing partner without providing justification to the applicants.
