Request for Quotation: Nepali-English-Nepali Interpretation Service on Virtual Meeting Platform
The ILO Country Office for Nepal is in the process of selecting vendor for Simultaneous Interpretation Service (Nepali-English-Nepali) for six meetings[1] to be held on virtual platforms ex: Zoom to be held between September to November 2020. The tentative schedule of meetings is as follows:

In this regard, the ILO would like to request quotations for two simultaneous interpreters (English-Nepali-English) with proficiency in both the language as well as good internet access to provide interpretation services remotely on virtual platforms.
Applicants are required to submit their CV highlighting relevant experience and quotations for “Simultaneous Interpretation Service” per meeting/per hour addressed to the Director, ILO Country Office for Nepal, Dhobighat, Nayabato, Lalitpur, containing one copy of ownership certificate, VAT registration certificate and company registration certificate at the latest by Friday, 11 September 2020 and send it to kathmandu@ilo.org with “Quotation_Interpretation Services_2020” as the subject line.
[1] The International Labour Organization reserves the right to suspend the use of the services of the vendors if the service provided is not up to the standard of ILO’s satisfaction
[2] The dates are subject to review. Vendors will be notified at least one week in advance about the finalized date.
