Call for Expression of Interest: External Collaborator/Consultant

The Government of Nepal (GoN), Ministry of Labour and Employment, Department of Labour (DoL) with technical assistance from International Labour Organization (ILO) is implementing KOICA funded “Labour Market Information and Employment Services (LIfE) Project”. The project aims to improve the quality of employment services through strengthened client orientation and capacity building of Employment Service Centres (ESCs) and their officials; improving the collection and dissemination of labour market information and skill indicators and knowledge sharing under the ILO South-South cooperation framework.

The LIfE Project is looking for qualified Nepali citizens to work as External Collaborator/Consultant ‘Employment Counsellor’ in the selected districts as follows: 

Employment Counsellors: Three positions (one at each duty station)
Level: Non-Gazetted first class as per GoN
Facilities and benefits: As per GoN rules for contract staff and/or as mentioned in the contract
Duty station: Janakpur, Pokhara and Jumla
