Richard Howard, Director – ILO Country Office for Nepal participated in the HR Meet today, which is annual event bringing together industrial and HR professionals to discuss human resources challenges in Nepal.  He highlighted the need for sound industrial relations and a flexible labour market to support job growth in the country.  He also noted the need to address the skills mismatch in the country through better aligning education and vocational institutions with industrial needs and trends.

The HR Meet was organized by Growth Sellers - HR Consulting Company in collaboration with government, private sector and many other partners.
