Code of practice for employers for promoting equality and preventing discrimination at work in Indonesia

APINDO in cooperation with ILO presents this Code of practice and the accompanying Guide booklets, to assist employers in promoting equality and preventing discrimination at work in Indonesia.

The Code of Practice contains general principles taken from the labor law in Indonesia as well the ILO Conventions, especially the Discrimination (Employment and Occupation) Convention, 1958 (No. 111) and Equal Remuneration Convention, 1951 (No. 100).
