Baseline survey understanding and capacity of Indonesian National Police to implement Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work
Survey on the Indonesian National Police (POLRI) officials aimed at measuring the extent of their knowledge on the International Labour Organisation Convention ratified by the Indonesian government.
The research found that the understanding of Police personnel about fundamental principles and rights at work still needs to be improved because even though generally there seems to be a good insight about it, but in many cases there are still misconceptions.
