Three priorities of the current DWCP are:
1. Effective social dialogue that promotes sustainable business and workers’ welfare;
2. Job creation and youth employment; and
3. Enhancing protection for vulnerable groups of workers. 

These priorities are in line with the current employment conditions of Indonesia.
