The campaign is conducted through a series of informative, short videos and comic series, covering six important workplace rights: 1. Young people and work; 2. Employment contract; 3. Social security; 4. Conditions of work; 5. Occupational safety and health; and 6. Exercising rights at work.

Many young people, particularly the first time job seekers, are unaware of their rights or too afraid to stand up for themselves in the workplace. To make young people more aware of their rights at work, the ILO has been conducting Youth Rights@Work Campaign in Indonesia within the year of 2018.

The campaign is part of the ILO’s efforts and campaign in promoting decent work for all, including youth. Developed in collaboration with Pamflet, a youth organization, it is hoped that the campaign would raise the awareness of all key labour actors, not only young people, regarding protecting rights of young workers at work.

Here are the six videos visualizing the rights at work for youth.
They are only available in Bahasa Indonesia.
