He has worked for the Ministry of Employment & Labor for over 30 years. He has involved in most of the important employment policies of my country. Especially, while as a Director and Director General of the Ministry, he played a key role in designing and implementing Employment Insurance System of Korea. After having served for the Ministry, he turned toward education field. He first served as a President of Koreatec, and then engaged in teaching students in economics seminar classes in Hanyang University.
