Chris has 19 years of experience working with various institutions, including United Nations agencies, national and international NGOs, and the private sector. He has experienced working in the fields of human rights, international labour standards, industrial relations, wages, social protection, project and business development and management. Chris has been working with the International Labour Organization (ILO) for 12 years. From 2001 to 2007 he worked on the issues of industrial relations in Indonesia and Timor Leste as project coordinator and programme officer. Since 2015, Chris worked with the ILO projects on wages and social protection.
