Portrayal of women in media; a discussion with media on World TV day

The discussion is aimed to lead to endorsement of media to increase positive portrayal of women in media and to acknowledge their contribution in the world of work. It will include discussion with academia on possible development of curricula designed in line with Journalism Plus. The award winning film, Miss Representation, about imaging women in media, will also be shown.
