    Analytical study on child labour in Volta Lake fishing in Ghana

    The purpose of the study is to create a shared platform for action against child labour and trafficking in the fishing sector. The objectives are to examine the scope of the problem; to find out the nature and dimensions, including the extent of trafficking in the sector, and how the marketing and supply chains work; to recommend measures to enhance interventions; to support the validation of research findings.

    Rapport d’étude de la consultance en vue de l’évaluation des besoins en éducation dans les communautés ciblées du projet

    Cette étude a permis d’établir le lien entre le travail des enfants et les facteurs de l’environnement éducatif. Car, il faut avant tout le noter, l’accroissement du nombre des enfants victimes des PFTE est inversement proportionnel à l’amélioration des conditions de fréquentation des enfants.

    The study aims at the following objectives: To examine the scope of the problem of child labour in mining and quarrying; to find out the, nature and dimensions of Child Labour in mining and quarrying, including the extent of trafficking into the sector especially of children from other regions and countries; to recommend measures to enhance interventions against child labour in the mining and quarrying sector in Ghana.

    Capacity building of cocoa and agriculture extension officers and other key partners on child labour - Report

    The activity is to enhance the capacity of the extensions services in the provision of relevant support to farmers to improve cocoa and other agriculture production through effective Occupational Safety and Health measures, actions against child labour, especially with respect to hazardous work, including their active participation in the Ghana Child Labour Monitoring System (GCLMS).

    Baseline survey in cocoa-growing districts in Ghana - Community and School Survey Report

    This school and community report on the 64 CCP communities reveal that majority of the communities are lacking of many economic and physical infrastructure, including education and health infrastructure. Child labour also seems to be common place in these communities. This report presents the findings from the community and school survey and covers the characteristics and profile of the communities as well as their basic schools.
