Child Labour Platform (CLP) Meeting

Child Labour Platform Global Meeting

The Child Labour Platform will hold the annual global meeting on 11-12 October 2018 in Geneva.

The Child Labour Platform Global Meeting brings together CLP member companies for a two-day strategic discussion on the role of business in the elimination of child labour.

The October 2018 meeting will include a company policy review, a government dialogue, and will foster knowledge-sharing and collaboration on the following topics:
  • Transparency, the UN Guiding Principles and SDG Reporting
  • Emerging approaches to addressing child labour in Tier III
The meeting is also open to companies interested in learning more about state-of-the-art approaches to due diligence around child labour and the value-added of joining the CLP. The two-day meeting will begin with a networking coffee.
