109th Session of the International Labour Conference (2021)

Registration in the Committees

The Conference will establish the committees and working parties it deems necessary for the consideration of the various items on the agenda of its 109th Session at its first sitting on 20 May.

Membership of the committees and working parties so established will then be determined based on registration by delegates and advisers from each of three constituent groups. Governments, employers’ and workers’ delegates and advisers who intend to participate in committees are therefore kindly asked to complete on-line registration forms as soon as possible so as to be able to participate in the work of the first sitting of each committee. In this regard, while the two technical committees foreseen during the first part of the Session (Recurrent Discussion Committee: Social Security and COVID Response Committee) are scheduled to start their work on Thursday 3 June 2021, the first sitting of the Committee on the Application of Standards is scheduled on Friday 28 May 2021.

Delegates registered in committees will receive Zoom invitations to participate in the first committee sitting 48 hours prior to that sitting. Thereafter, newly registered delegates will receive Zoom invitations for the day following their registration in the committee, provided they have registered by 5pm (Geneva time).

The registration forms, along with all the relevant information regarding their submission, are available for download by clicking on the links below. Please note that committee membership will be effective only once the Office has received official credentials in respect of the national delegation concerned.
