VGCL-NIRF/Japan Bulletin - Quarter III/2019

The Bulletin introduces key contents in the revision of the Law on Trade Union, as well as analyses on black credits and how black credits are negatively affecting workers' lives. In the Research and Exchange column, indicators on collective bargaining are also presented for researchers and union officers' reference.

The Trade Union Law is being revised to better adapt Trade Union activities to the new context, to improve the institutionalization of the 2013 National Convention as well as the Party’s policies and resolutions, and to refine the legislative system and respond to the requirements of international integration. The revision of this Law will encompass a number of major policies.
