Preparatory workshop for the rolling out of occupational safety and health training curricula to mainstream into vocational education and training programmes

The preparation will include group working to prepare for training, reviewing knowledge and skills on occupational safety and health, providing additional training on first aid and fire prevention as well as doing some practices.

Objective

The objective of the activity is to contribute to building a safe and healthy generation of workers through building capacity on occupational safety and health (OSH) for vocational students who are entering the labour market soon. The specific objective is to provide support to the organization of OSH pilot trainings at the selected vocational training schools and centres, using the newly developed training materials, in the four pilot provinces including Phu Tho, Hung yen, Danang and Binh Thuan.
