ObjectiveThe objective is to upgrade the practical skills in Front Office Operations, Food and Beverage Services and Food Preparation (Cooking) for teachers from schools in Quang Nam and Thua Thien-Hue province, leading to quality improvement in training services of the schools. The skills are in line with Viet Nam Tourism Occupational Standards (VTOS) 2013 and ASEAN Mutual Recognition Agreement and are recognized by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs.
Each course will take place in 12 consecutive days, including weekends, as follows:
- Food and Beverage Services course: from 4th Aug to 15th Aug 2015
- Food Preparation (Cooking) course: from 12th Aug to 23rd Aug 2015
- Front Office Operations course: from 20th Aug to 31st Aug 2015
