The Youth Employment Inventory provides comparative information about the design, characteristics and achievements of 70 youth employment interventions that aim to improve the labour market outcomes of young people in China. The interventions include skills training, entrepreneurship promotion, employment services and subsidized employment – either as a stand-alone or combined intervention. Information about the geographic coverage, scale and targeting characteristics of each intervention is complemented by information about their design, costs, implementation and financing mechanisms.
