That is more than relevant for today’s discussion entitled “A world at risk: developing the skill sets to endure, adapt, and thrive”, said today Heinz Koller, Assistant Director-General of the International Labour Organization (ILO), Regional Director for Europe and Central Asia. He addressed the panel discussion at the international WorldSkills Conference 2019.
