    The role of business in South Africa's transition to democracy

    In a climate where the role of business can be perceived with some scepticism, the story of how some key individuals and businesses intervened at critical moments in the South Africa's transition to democracy is often overlooked. In 2019 the ILO and the University of Pretoria's Centre for Mediation in Africa/ Department of Political Sciences embarked on a project to capture this story through video interviews that are now available on a specially hosted website. This is the acompanying report.
