It is aimed at everyone in the world of work and, in particular, at government officials, members of trade unions and representatives of workers’ organizations, and enterprises and their representative organizations. It is relevant in applying the ILO’s Violence and Harassment Convention, 2019 (No. 190) and Violence and Harassment Recommendation, 2019 (No. 206).
