The documentary highlights the improvement of managerial skills and technical skills of local institutions in providing business development services for local beneficiaries in Papua and West Papua. The documentary also highlights the promotion of business development services and entrepreneurship as well as portrays the success of the local communities in starting the business in three areas of Papua and West Papua (Jayawijaya, Manokwari and Fak-Fak).
