    Rights at Work: promoting harmonious labour relations through collective bargaining in China

    29 August 2016 - 29 February 2020,

    This project aims to build the institutional capacity of Chinese workers, employers, and their respective organizations to carry out voluntary collective bargaining and to resolve labor disputes efficiently and effectively. The program further aims to support the ILO's tripartite constituents in China to strengthen collective bargaining institutions and governance frameworks for the promotion and improved application of core labor standards, especially in relation to disadvantaged groups of workers.

  1. Freedom of association

    Promoting the Right to Freedom of Association and the Right to Collective Bargaining (Phase II) in China

    1 July 2014 - 31 December 2015,

    The project Promoting the Right to Freedom of Association and the Right to Collective Bargaining – Phase II works with the tripartite constituents in twelve target countries (Bolivia, Brazil, China, Jordan, Kenya, Malawi, Niger, the Philippines, Rwanda, Sri Lanka, Togo & Zambia) and at the global level to advance the realization of the ILO’s fundamental principles and rights of freedom of association and collective bargaining.
