  1. Generation Safe and Healthy Children’s Summit

    29 - 30 May 2018

    The ILO Caring Gold Project, funded by the United States Department of Labor, will bring the World Day against Child Labour in Camarines Norte to address child labour and to promote decent work, including occupational safety and health in small-scale gold mines. Over 250 children, parents and partners will join the campaign and children’s summit.

  2. Philippine Fashion Week: Compassionate Gold Brand Launch

    Innovative solutions are crucial to address child labour and to promote decent work in small-scale gold mines. The ILO Caring Gold Project, funded by the United States Department of Labor, and implemented with BAN Toxics, will launch the Compassionate Gold brand in partnership with the Philippine Fashion Week. Compassionate Gold ensures responsible mining practices.

  1. Building Capacity for Migrant Workers’ Access to Just Compensation, Post-Return

    The Integrated Programe on Fair Recruitment (FAIR project) will conduct a training workshop “Building Capacity for Migrant Workers’ Access to Just Compensation, Post-Return” to help develop the capacities of the caseworkers of Sentro ng mga Nagkakaisa at Progresibong Manggagawa (SENTRO) to identify, develop and, with the help of partners abroad, seek damages on behalf of migrant workers who have been exploited, trafficked or injured in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Hong Kong SAR).

  2. Launch of the Anthology of Stories - FAIR Perspective: Stories of Filipino migrant workers in the media
