He now has a ready-to-implement business plan and dreams of running his own software company.

    In the frame of its work on the Enabling Environment for Sustainable Enterprises (EESE), and Job for Peace and Resilience, the ILO is looking for a consultant to develop a a Guidance note on how to conduct EESE assessment in fragile contexts, considering both the conditions for improving the enabling environment and the process to conduct assessment. Key considerations will be the inclusion of peace-responsiveness and resilience building elements. Details relating to the scope of work, methodology and expected deliverables are available in the Terms of Reference .
