    This paper provides information on an integrated package of measures that have been implemented in Chile to foster the formalization of enterprises and the workers they employ. It also describes good practices in relation to public procurement, sub-contracting, simplified registration processes and one-stop shops, business development support, a simplified legal status for family micro-enterprises, access to social security, a simplified tax regime for small enterprises and access to finance for formalizing enterprises.
