    “Spotlight Interviews with Cooperators” is a series of interviews with cooperative leaders from around the world with whom ILO officials have crossed paths during the course of their work with cooperatives. For this issue, ILO interviewed Mr Samuel Le Coeur, a founder and the President of AMELIOR in France since 2012. AMELIOR’s case was presented at a seminar “The Potential of Cooperatives & the Role of Waste Pickers in the Recycling Sector” held in Turkey in December 2016.
