    The ILO has developed terms of references to review and evaluate existing national practices and to assess the range of definitions, data collection methods, questions sets and classification schemes used in each situation. The output of the assignment will be used to be provide guidelines to NSOs around the world with an effective and reliable way to collect statistical data on cooperatives, as recommended by Resolution III adopted at the 19th ICLS in 2013.
