  5. Procedures Initiated to Establish SADA Women’s Cooperative

    The work was taken to a higher stage to establish a cooperative planned under the project “Strengthening the Resilience of Syrian Women and Girls” being implemented in Gaziantep jointly by UN Women, ILO and ASAM. The application to establish the entity named “SADA Women’s Cooperative” was filed on 18 March 2019 with Gaziantep Provincial Directorate of Customs and Trade.

  6. Introductory Seminar on Cooperatives Held for SADA Women Centre Trainees

    An introductory seminar on cooperatives was held for the Project beneficiaries for a “women’s cooperative” to be established under the “Strengthening the Resilience of Syrian Women and Girls” being implemented in Gaziantep jointly by UN Women, ILO and ASAM.

  7. The Social Cooperative Education and Promotion Train in Turkey

    “Spotlight Interviews with Co-operators” is a series of interviews with cooperators from around the world with whom ILO officials have crossed paths during the course of their work on cooperatives and social and solidarity economy (SSE). On this occasion, ILO interviewed Ms Rabia Gökçen Mert Korkmaz, Expert at the Ministry of Trade, on the Social Cooperative Education and Promotion Train in Turkey.

  9. Application of Think.COOP in Afyonkarahisar, Turkey
