In accordance with the Human Resources Strategy 2018–21 and the action plan for improving the diversity of the ILO workforce, this document contains information on the composition and structure of the staff of the Office as at 31 December 2021. It provides an overview of the composition and structure of the ILO staff with specific information regarding gender, geographical diversity, experience relevant to the tripartite constituents, youth and people with disabilities in the ILO.
