This manual is for community workers and other people who are assisting persons with disabilities and able-bodied persons to start small businesses. It can also be used by persons with disabilities themselves. The manual can be used as (1) a self-instructing training manual for teaching community workers, persons with disabilities and others to set up a small business; (2) a guide for community workers working for government or organizations of disabled persons for teaching persons with disabilities to set up a small business; (3) a reference material for community workers and others when giving advice and assistance to persons with disabilities.
