The workshop “New product development of micro insurance and savings for low income households “ is co-organized by Microfinance Support Programme under ILO Country Office for Viet Nam and Bureau of Social Protection, Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs. This is an opportunity for senior managers in microfinance institutions, department managers, regional managers, branch managers and “managers-in-training”, etc. to learn and share their experience in developing new product of micro insurance and savings for low income households.
The objective of this course is to share knowledge on innovations in savings and micro insurance products for low income households in Viet Nam, and to disseminate the lessons learnt on such innovations to interested stakeholders, as well as to document the lessons learnt and experience for other microfinance institutions interested in offering savings and/or micro insurance services.
