Stakeholder Workshop on Pro-Poor Tourism Value Chain Development
The objectives of this stakeholder workshop are to raise awareness and to receive inputs from key stakeholder representatives on the project activities.
The Quang Nam Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the ILO’s Strengthening of Inland Tourism in Quang Nam Project hold a stakeholder workshop on 16 May in Hoi An town, Quang Nam province.
The objectives of this stakeholder workshop are to raise awareness and to receive inputs from key stakeholder representatives on:
- The project’s objectives and approach,
- Tourism value chains and poverty reduction,
- The Quang Nam Tourism Sector Value Chain Mapping for inputs and validation,
- Gain interest and involvement in project activities.
It is expected that the outcomes of the workshop will contribute to the quality improvement tourism sector, poverty reduction and the efficiency of development cooperation in Quang Nam province.
