Now, companies and employers' organizations are raising awareness of the qualities women bring to leadership positions and that is changing attitudes. An international conference: "Reflecting Global Change: Women in Business and Management" organized by the ILO with the International Finance Corporation and hosted by the Confederation of British Industry is taking place April 28, 2015 in London, UK.
