Youth labour underutilization in developing economies

Up to two-thirds of young people in some developing countries can’t go to school and can’t find a stable job. The lesser educated end up either unemployed; or working in irregular, poor-quality, low wage jobs, frequently in the informal economy. We call this underutilization of the youth labour market.
