    This presentation prepared by the International Labour Organisation (ILO) for the G20 EMPOWER 1st plenary meeting discusses the operationalisation of the Key Performance Indicators chosen by EMPOWER, and the availability of the respective data. It focuses on the share of women in senior and middle management positions, the gender wage gap, and the share of women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics occupations. It concludes with recommendations for how to increase data availability.
