This book describes a number of technical tools to plan for investments in the construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance of rural infrastructure. These tools can be equally used and modified for broader application in the Philippines and other countries. By using these tools presented in this book, InfRES can increase the impact of its investments on agriculture development, poverty reduction, and employment creation
