Unlock the demand for your products: How to deliver what your clients see as value

The ILO's Impact Insurance Facility and the Financial Services Institute (linked to the Financial Regulatory Authority of Egypt) will organize the training "Unlock the demand for your products: How to deliver what your clients see as value" from 27 to 29 June via Zoom. The language of instruction is English. The course is offered with support from the German Corporation for International Cooperation.

This training builds on the Facility’s recent work on how to improve client value from inclusive insurance. Participants will be equipped with the Facility’s PACE tool, which stands for four key pillars of customer value – Product, Access, Cost, and Experience. It looks at the added value of insurance products to their clients by comparing them to competitive products and alternative means of offering protection from similar risks.

This online training, organized and tailored for the Egyptian market, will preserve the interactive nature of our regular face-to-face trainings, such as group work and interactions with the trainers.
