GYB
GYB is a material-based training programme for potential entrepreneurs who want to develop a feasible business idea. The training takes approximately 2.5 days and is taught using advanced adult training methodologies.
The objective is to enable potential entrepreneurs to find out whether they are the right person to start a business and to develop a feasible business idea. By the end of the training course, these potential entrepreneurs will have a concrete and feasible business idea. The business will be the starting point for developing a business plan.
Generate Your Business Idea (GYB)
SYB
“Start Your Business” is a material-based training programme for potential entrepreneurs with a business idea who wants to proceed and start their own business. This very interactive training can be organized flexibly according to client’s needs. This programme takes approximately 5 days and is taught using advanced adult training methodologies
The objective is to enable potential entrepreneurs to develop concrete, deasible and bankable ideas to start their own small business. By the end of the training course, these potential entrepreuneurs will have completed a basic business plan. This business plan will serve as a blue print for entrepreneurs in starting up the business.
IYB
“Improve your business” is a material-based training programme for entrepreneurs who want to improve the management process if their business. The training is modular in order to meet the specific needs of the target group. IYB is based on advanced adult training methodologies.
The objective of IYB is to enable micro and small size entrepreneurs to set up a basic business management system. By the end of the training course, these entrepreneurs will have been enabled to set up standardized process for buying, stock control, record keeping, costing, financial forecasting, marketing and productivity improvements through improved workplace practices.
EYB
The Expand Your Business Programme (EYB) is an integrated business training and support package for small to medium sized enterprises that have growth objectives in mind. These small and medium enterprises that have growth potential are called Growth-Oriented Enterprises (GOEs). The EYB programme is ‘integrated’ because it provides a number of interventions that are important to the growth and expansion of businesses. These are training and non-training interventions.
EYB aims to achieve the following objectives for the growth-oriented entrepreneur:
- Growth of the business by: Developing and implementing a strategic business growth strategy; and strengthening the business and its core functions.
