Seniors starting up their own businesses and retired entrepreneurs mentoring young would-be entrepreneurs: this course will expose participants to best practices in this field and explore the most innovative policies, uncovering the often untapped potential of the increasing number of senior entrepreneurs worldwide.

This training is relevant for policy-makers and practitioners working with business start-ups and in business promotion, in particular: Governments, workers and employers; BDS providers, business advisors, incubators and accelerators; staff of development cooperation projects focused on SME development.
