Decision

1. The Director-General’s decision of 10 December 2015 is set aside.
2. UNESCO shall pay the complainant compensation in the amount of 10,000 euros for moral injury.
3. It shall also pay her 1,000 euros in costs.
4. All other claims are dismissed.
