1. THE COMPLAINT IS ALLOWED IN PART.
2. THE EPO IS ORDERED TO REIMBURSE THE COMPLAINANT THE SUM OF 4,125.32 SWISS FRANCS, WITH INTEREST AT 8 PER CENT PER ANNUM.
3. IT SHALL ALSO PAY HIM COSTS IN THE AMOUNT OF 1,000 FRANCS.
4. ALL OTHER CLAIMS ARE DISMISSED.
