Judgment No. 1897

Decision

1. THE DECISION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL OF THE EPO, TAKEN AT ITS 65TH MEETING, TO MAINTAIN IN SERVICE TWO MEMBERS OF THE BOARDS OF APPEAL BEYOND THE AGE OF SIXTY-FIVE YEARS IS SET ASIDE FOR THE REASONS SET OUT IN THE JUDGMENT.
2. THE ORGANISATION SHALL PAY THE COMPLAINANTS THE GLOBAL SUM OF 2,000 EUROS IN COSTS.
3. THEIR OTHER CLAIMS ARE DISMISSED.
