The Administration contacted the vessel's management company who denied the allegation. The Administration contacted the Swedish Club; the Club confirmed that the vessel had been without main electrical power for an extended period of time; the crew has not been paid for 2 months; the vessel's owners have not been providing necessary support and maintenance to the crew; the charterers have been supplying fuel and provisions for the crew. Some crewmembers are sick and want to be repatriated.

The Liberian Administration reached out to the local Port State Authorities to request access for crew repatriation.
The local Authorities will not allow the crew to be repatriated without replacement crew.

The Swedish Club's local correspondents in Manila are discussing the matter with the local authorities with a view to obtaining their cooperation on the crew repatriation and, if necessary, locating a safe layby berth or anchorage.
