The shipowner informed the Liberian Registry that the vessel was arrested in Morocco by her creditors and crew members have not received their wages from March 2020 to date.

The London P&I club confirmed that they will investigate the report of abandonment and filing a claim.

On 8 June 2020, the Administration sent a follow up communication to The London P and I club for update on the processing of claim for MLC liability.
On 8 July 2020, the Administration received a report that the mortgagee bank of the vessel settled the crew wages.
On 4 August 2020, the Administration received a report that the vessel was already released from arrest in Casablanca, and already sailed to a discharge port in France where repatriation of the crew occurred.
