Circonstances:Vessel came from Port of Spain; crew had not received their wages since December and some of them from previous contracts. Vessel detained by PSC in Las Palmas due to MLC 2006 and Technical issues. The vessel holds insurance for MLC A2.5.2, with the Swedish club, but the Piraeus office disputes the interpretation of the MLC.
