2016 - Recently contacted new lawyer with a recent successful case of auctioning the vessel in less than a year. Awaiting answer by the end of the week.

Vessel still in shipyard, 2 new seafarers on board, now also complaining of unpaid wages. Previous crew were repatriated with half wages and have a lawyer dealing with claim for the rest

See below update on the Anatoly Kolesov case.
So all seafarers are now repatriated but we cannot confirm that they have been paid - which seems unlikely.
At this point I would call this case 'disputed'.
